We strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled as per your order. In the event that you do not receive the correct products that you had ordered, or the products are materially damaged/defective on receipt, please email our Customer Service as per the instructions below to return the incorrect items to us, and we will issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt. Remark: Shipping fees of returned packages is non-refundable

Please note that any request for refunds will be rejected if the product packaging has been opened or used; and that that were will not be any exchanges for products which are fulfilled and delivered in accordance with your confirmed and paid order.

Just follow these easy steps:

  2. The customer service will need to provide the reason of refund / exchange.
  3. Include your order invoice in your returned package
  4. Place the unused item(s) in its original condition into the original shipper packaging.
  5. Please mail your package to:
